Description: The T1D Exchange Clinic Registry collects information on individuals living with type 1 diabetes in order to help researchers characterize individuals living with the disease, conduct exploratory or hypothesis-generating analyses, and identifying participants for future clinical studies. The registry includes over 26,000 individuals with T1D, ranging in age at the time of enrollment from under 1 year to 93 years. Three additional datasets, derived from the T1D Exchange Registry are also available, including 'Severe Hypoglycemia in Older Adults with Type 1 Diabetes,' 'Metformin Therapy for Overweight Adolescents with T1D,' and 'T1D Management Study.' Variables collected for the T1D Exchange Clinic Registry include demographic information, treatment history, family health history, levels of physical activity, smoking status, history of seizures, total daily insulin, and more.
